Thank you for your interest in adopting from Eleventh Hour Rescue. Our application process needs to be completed prior to any adoption.
Application processing time may take up to 7 days.
Approved applications are good for 6 months.

All applicants must be at least 23 years of age.

Complete the form in its entirety. Incomplete applications will delay processing.

Once your application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your email and SPAM folder for an email from Eleventh Hour Rescue (@ehrdogs.org). This email contains information on how to reach us while your application is being reviewed.

References and Veterinarians: In order to prevent delays in application processing time, be sure to let your veterinary and personal references know in advance that Eleventh Hour Rescue will be contacting them. Veterinarians will not disclose information without your authorization.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email from our applications team. This email will indicate whether or not you have been approved to adopt, and provide information on your next steps. Please note:
receiving application approval does not guarantee that the animal you applied for is still available or a good fit for your home.

We do not 'hold' or 'reserve' animals during the application process.
