Meet Little Foot, or as his foster family lovingly calls him, Bixby! This 6-month-old, 38-pound bundle of pure puppy joy is ready to bring a whole lot of love, laughter, and adventure to his forever home! Saved from the South alongside his brother Petrie, Little Foot is now looking for a family to call his own where he can thrive, learn, and grow into the amazing dog he’s destined to be.

Little Foot is great with kids, other dogs, and would fit perfectly into just about any household looking for a loyal companion. With a heart as big as his namesake from The Land Before Time, this pup is sweet, caring, and brings out the best in his friends — both human and canine alike. Little Foot loves being around his pack and has a gentle, loving energy with everyone he meets. This versatile pup is an all-around good boy, and he’s got the cutest little quirks that will make you smile every day. Little Foot is not your typical puppy — while he’s playful and energetic, he also has a calm and thoughtful side that sets him apart. When he’s not soaking up belly rubs and snuggles (his favorite!), he’s playing with his toys — tug, rubber balls, and rubber bones are some of his faves. He’s even a goofy couch sleeper, often found lying on his back with his legs fully extended over his head. He’s a sweet, gentle soul who loves to be close to his humans, often putting a paw on your body just to make sure you’re nearby. He’s a little mischievous, but harmless, having a thing for shoes (especially slipper theft while you’re busy on Zoom meetings), so keep an eye on your footwear! He can also climb a 4ft chain link fence, so a solid fence is needed or leash walks. 

He’s already got a lot of the basics down — he’s leash-trained, house-trained, and learning quickly! He’s getting better with his crate training and has been alerting his foster parents when it’s time to go outside for a potty break. He’s very smart and can master a “sit” in a heartbeat. He’s still working on “down” and “off,” especially because he gets so excited meeting new people. But don’t worry — he’s quick to learn and will be impressing you in no time!

Little Foot is microchipped, neutered, and up to date on his vaccines — so he’s all set to start his new adventure with you!
